Shipping Information:

FLAT RATE SHIPPING on all orders to residents in the lower 48 states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. A flat rate shipping charge of $9.99 will apply to all orders. We do not ship to foreign countries.

We use UPS, FedEx or Standard Freight.3-5 business days (Primarily FEDEX). We do not ship to PO Box #'s we use common carriers for our deliveries and they do not deliver to PO BOX ADDRESSES.Special orders,truck shipments or out of stock merchandise may take longer depending on carriers transit time and scheduling. Any special shipping requests by the customer shall be paid by the customer requesting special services for the shipping of their purchased items. Please allow extra time during Holiday shipping periods.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We only accept returns on defective merchandise

 Refunds for defective merchandise shall be issued once a defective or damaged product has been returned using a return authorization # that has been provided by us.If the consumer purchasing the product and there is a defect in the product, or if the product has been damaged, the product may be returned for full credit, provided, however, the product is returned within thirty (30) days following the date of the original purchase and a return authorization has been provided by us. All credits are applied once we have received the returned merchandise. A re-stocking fee may apply of up to 10%.

The cost of all return freight, handling and related charges is to be borne by the customer and/or consumer.

 Unless refused at time of delivery. Filing of package damage claims that are visible upon delivery by the shipper are the responsibility of the customer or consumer. The customer will have to file this damage claim and contact the delivering carrier responsible for the visible package damage immediately so all damage claims are notated with the carrier directly responsible for the damage. A RA# WILL BE PROVIDED BY CONTACTING US AT:

All products returned must be in the original packaging and must be returned within a 30 day period.

Return shipping cost:

If an item you received is defective merchandise we will replace the item with a new one. We do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning any merchandise back to our store. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost once the returned item has been received.

Defective Merchandise must be shipped back in the original carton and all authorized returns shall be made within 30 days.

Items that are defective after the 30 day period the customer should contact the manufacturer.

  • Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials.
  • The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
  • Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
  • Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
